Looking ahead to 2023
Currently Hope Awaits Ministries’ doors are open for 15.5 hours each day. Our goal for 2022 is to extend our hours to 19 hours each day, bringing us one step closer to meeting our long-term goal of being open 24/7. With the increase in hours, we will be able to offer more life-skills programs to our clients.

God blesses us in many ways at Hope Awaits, and during 2022 we have continued to see His blessings in the finances. The budgeted annual expenses for 2022 was $318,908. The total revenue received was $335,987 representing 105.26% of the annual budget for our current operating model.

As you can see, salaries account for 86% of our annual expenses. That may seem like a lot, however, without our employees we would have no ministry.

Share the gospel with clients; lead bible studies, and pray with and for clients
Are trained individuals who are equipped to work with the vulnerable
Have hearts of compassion for the homeless
Are paid below industry averages, as they understand this is a mission field
