Homeless Shelter for Men

The shelter portion of the facility will have space for at least 4 men.  Clients are given a trial period determined by staff, during which their needs will be assessed in order to determine if they will need to be accommodated for longer.  Hope Awaits Ministries will offer breakfast and dinner to all individuals who are residing at the shelter as well as offer free life skills' courses. Hours of operation will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.  At Hope Awaits Ministries, respect is a virtue that is extremely valued, therefore all persons residing at the shelter will be asked to respect the other men residing at the shelter, the staff, volunteers and the facility.

The staff at Hope Awaits Ministries will work with individuals residing at the shelter to help with their spiritual, emotional and physical states. The goal is to help equip individuals to be self sufficient and be able to live a healthy balanced lifestyle.  Bible studies, mentorship, discipleship, assistance in finding a job, assistance in finding a place to stay, and plenty of other services will be available to equip residents with the skills they need to reach success in this life.  The shelter is open to men of all ages who are in need of assistance. It is very important to note that there will be zero tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse at the shelter and residents who do not respect this request will be asked to leave the shelter.

If you or someone you know would benefit from this service, please Contact Us to see if there is a room available.
